It is important to understand the difference between and UPDATE and an UPGRADE.
In SAPIEN terms, an UPDATE is similar to what other companies call a Service Pack. It usually constitutes corrections to the code that were discovered after a version was released. It may also contain a few new minor features and is indicated by a new BUILD number. (e.g. 4.1.398 -> 4.1.399) Updates are free to registered users.
An UPGRADE is a change in VERSION number (e.g. 4.1 -> 4.2) with new major functionality. There will typically be a charge to UPGRADE.
Both UPGRADES and UPDATES are availalable only to registered users. To register your product, and to check for available upgrades and updates, simply log into http://my.SAPIEN.com. If you haven't yet registered, you'll be able to paste your product key and register, then check to see what's available.
